We package your product — and put it on shelves.
Lupos offers shelf-ready cannabis packaging and co-packing from 2,500 bottles, plus the part most contract manufacturers can't: distribution. We can list and sell your brand through our own channels — 10 provincial cannabis boards including OCS, AGLC and BCLDB, and 15+ medical partners. This service is for existing brands with a manufactured product.

At a glance
Packaging
An automated co-packing line for round bottles and caps handles softgels, capsules, oils, creams, balms and salves, with compliant, shelf-ready labelling. Minimum run: 2,500 bottles.
Compliance is the design brief
Cannabis packaging in Canada is plain by law: a single uniform colour, no gloss or metallic finishes, the standardized red cannabis symbol, the yellow health warning, and a child-resistant container. The label itself is a legal document — bilingual, with THC/CBD declarations, lot codes and licence-holder information — and an error on it means relabelling or recall, not a reprint. We treat the label like a batch record: checked against the regulations before a single bottle is filled.
Ten provinces, ten stamps
Every THC product sold in Canada carries a federal excise stamp — and the stamp is jurisdiction-specific, a different colour for each province and territory. Sell nationally and you're managing a matrix of stamp inventories, applied accurately at line speed, by a processing licence holder. We run that matrix every day for our own brand across 10 provincial boards — your product rides the same proven line.
Distribution — a growth lever
Most manufacturers stop at the loading dock. Lupos sells through 10 provincial cannabis boards and 15+ medical partners with its own brand, and can list yours through the same channels — so packaging with us can grow revenue, not just cut cost.
The medical channel: smaller, stickier, underserved
Canada's medical channel serves about 160,000 registered patients (Health Canada, March 2025) — and it works nothing like retail. There are no storefronts: patients buy mail-order from federally licensed medical sellers, so a brand is either listed on those platforms or it doesn't exist there. That's the challenge; here's the prize: medical patients purchase on a schedule, stay loyal to products that work, and most recreational brands never reach them at all. Winning placement means winning it seller by seller, relationship by relationship — and Lupos already sells PROOFLY through 15+ medical partners. Your brand can ride the same relationships.
The growth market is global
While domestic retail fights over shelf space, Canadian medical cannabis exports passed 275 tonnes in 2025 — more than double the year before. Germany became the world's largest medical cannabis import market with Canada as its top supplier, and Australian imports of Canadian product roughly tripled in two years. Export is also the hard road: import permits, destination-regulator documentation, and pharmaceutical-grade logistics stop most brands at the border. Lupos already exports to Australia, and our euGMP certification is in progress — the ticket to European medical markets.
Who we work with
Existing brands with a manufactured product that needs compliant packaging or provincial listings. Licensed Producers whose own line is at capacity, and in-market brands looking to expand into new provinces or the medical channel without building their own sales infrastructure.
Quality and compliance
GPP-licensed under the Cannabis Act; batch records and labels built to hold up in regulated review.
